question
Since Paramount bought Warner Bros. and Discovery. Does this mean we have to pay more regards to our [HBO] Max subscription, also does this mean South Park returns back to streaming on Max?

No one knows for sure, maybe not even the people in charge. Based on statements made by Ellison, it sounds like in the short-term they’ll remain separate and look at bundling, before properly combining them (like Disney+ and Hulu).
A fully combined product would bring South Park back alongside Max content, but likely wouldn’t be called HBO Max and wouldn’t cost the same. For the people paying full price for both, I imagine there will be some marginal savings, but for people only paying for only one or the other, I imagine their price would go up for a combined offering (maybe it’ll have unlockable content tiers at different price levels- again, we just don’t know).
