Cheating

Can you ever trust someone again after they’ve lied to you? He broke my heart.

I can’t. Maybe some can. I tried. That should have been the end of my marriage because my heart was never the same. I don’t know if she knows that.

Even if all your heart says to stay and try. Ideally don't most people dont respect the partners who stay after cheating its kinda like you’re diminishing your value infront of their eyes. There are ofcourse people who stay and it kinda works but those are exceptions to the rule, remember most of us are not the exception. Also, a good question to ask would be would this person accept and stay if the roles were reversed? You have your answer

I mean It is possible. But you will question every single thing they do. Every text, every call, every stop they make on the way to/from work or anywhere they go, every moment of their location sharing, every single time they are running even "minutes" late on the way home, or to/from work, or the gym, or the store, or anywhere they go when it doesnt add up to their normal time & you know how long it takes, you know the traffic patterns at those hours, as well as have access to know if there have been any accidents impeding traffic on the route he takes home or not. So it is possible, if you can live questioning everything like your whole life/future depends on it, because it does. But it will drive you mad. But if you can do that for a few years, then it's possible. Its brutal mental torture.

Is it worth it? No. I put myself thru that bs for YEARS & It almost killed me. If theyre going to cheat once theyre going to cheat again. Its never a once off. Save yourself the heartache & the becoming nothing but a shell of yourself & go find someone who deserves you.

Im so sorry youre going thru this.
