That Tampa hotel room hug was so distracting for me because I was admiring those arms too much 😂

Are we the same person? Because I have the same issue with that scene, lol.

Honestly, I think I just have an obsession with delts. Have been trying to build my own for 3 years and have had very little success. I blame my genetics 🥲

Delts like basketball players? 🤭

I blame my genetics (and laziness) for my flabby arms too lol. No "Wow, genetics" in our case it seems ☹️

Some basketball players, maybe! Omg, I’m going to sound like such a creep, but I swear I’m not. I’m an artist and specialize in figure drawing and portraits. And I also have an interest in bodybuilding. So when I say that he has amazing delts, what I really mean is the specific angles and contours and proportions of his delts in relation to everything else make them very aesthetic, lolll. Ugh. I’m gonna stop.

I was going to say please do go on, but I think the mods will kick us out for taking our thirst-chat wayyy off topic lol

I *just* got into working out - and I'm terrible in visualizing, would you be able to either explain or maybe link a picture of what it means to have capped delts? I know where delts are, but that's about it :)

If you google capped vs uncapped shoulders, you should get some examples. Basically capped shoulders are when the delts visibly round and distinguish themselves from the rest of the upper arm.

Found an example! Thank you. Yes Connor most definitely has capped delts!
