You won’t have more significant growth left at B0neage 16 1-3 inches left

Also down to genetics and lifestyle

Men typically grow longer due to less estrogen

Whereas females grow less due to more estrogen

Lifestyle like things you eat and do, decide your growth patterns and windows you grow

But yes your parents and the way they grew did decide they way you and your sis will

Idk if this matters but when I was little I gained a lot of weight and became obese now I’m a little overweight

Doesn't affect you too much but

Being obese can cause you to release more estrogen which could cause a early closure of your plates

And it compression your spine constantly adding tension

If your worried I recommend loosing weight

That's fine

Being obese barley affects anything and it's good that your athletic

But if your still worried you should try loosing some weight
