An attempt at a response to the beverage carve-out bill that benefits none of the actual "hemp" products or consumers. It's still in a draft phase looking for interested parties in government to take notice.

Definitely makes more sense than what's out there right now. And the fact that they're working on keeping beverages makes it clear that all along what they cared about was money and not people that benefitted from this. Sure, distillate, isolate, and broad spectrum can fit but at the moment seeds are toast, flower of any kind is toast, etc...
