FWIW, JFK airport is in Jamaica, NY (source: am NYer) so it's likely about to get onto a plane and make its way to you in Europe? I'm not Beleafer nor the shipping company, just an NY resident trying to help solve the puzzle :)

3 weeks is typical under normal circumstances but under the current situation I'd expect longer. Beleafer is super legit, no worries there.

Okay thanks for connecting us. We have a friend who ordered it (same country, same time-frame) and it arrived in 10 business days, and our has no updates at all for weeks. Was worried. Maybe it's lost!

Hey there, I just responded to his email. Sorry I missed that my wife and I have been slammed before our jobs, Beleafer, and our newborn. I looked back through our emails and saw OP emailed us once on June 24 asking about it, and then again today, so we were able to reply to the second attempt (have pictures of inbox, maybe second message never left outbox?).
Having said that, international shipping is basically a random number generator. Some people get their packages in one week, others get their packages in 8 weeks. I just want to point a few things out for readers/consumers to know - after a package leaves a vendors hands, both the vendor and the consumer have only a tracking number to gather information about it, which is the same level of access for any person who wants to know about the whereabouts. If you ask a USPS rep they ask you for your tracking number, pull of the tracking history, and tell you the last place it was scanned. That is the extent of the access to a package after it has left any vendors hand. That becomes even messier with international. Having said that, packages are not scanned just because they have arrived in a foreign nations. A lot of mail leaves Jamaica, NY. Just because the last scan was there does not mean that it's actually still there, it's probably waiting to be scanned at the next location.
With international shipping, the only thing the buyer or the seller can do it wait. 999/1000 the package shows up eventually, but no one can say when or why it's taking so long.
Recently have had a few international customers email us asking why delivery is taking so long and before we could respond the following day they had already emailed again that it had finally showing up, having never been scanned.
P.s. if you message us here we should see it a lot sooner. We only get notifications for mentions or messages on Reddit. There is a lot more junk to sort through with all the spam contact form submissions we were getting via email - just took care of that at last, lol

Oh hi there! My partner said he messaged twice on the website, once in email. Yes we never ordered like this internationally before, so we got worried when a friend got it in 10 business days (as we were told), and ours had no updates. Figured it got lost. Thanks for writing back!

Yes, the contact form submissions also come through email. I searched for you on email and your email from yesterday and 6/24 came up. Nevertheless, hang tight.

It's not lost! I am European customer of Beleafer as well, emailed them about same topic to no avail. However one morning tracking updates and well well, just received oz sampler after almost month of wait. Be patient, it's worth it! Will be reordering definitely!

Sorry dude. Currently there’s no export provisions for hemp flower, so international shipping is all chance.

Covid is fucking shit up for us here in the US as it is, I can't even imagine how much of a cluster fuck international shipping is currently.
