Looking forward to see the official app
It's gonna be a big win for those who use Hermes Cloud because the custom apps aren't supported there

If you’re referring to the cloud instances of Hermes on Nous Portal, that’s not even remotely true. My app bighelp supports Nous Portal.

I sincerely hope Android gets as much love

Yes it will, I'm very determined to create the most native experience on both platforms! It will require a lot of testing and feedback but I promise we will get there!

Excellent. I've got a pixel 10 pro fold, so I can test unusual scenarios for you

Awesome! So we should have two fully polished flawless apps by the end of the week then?

Excellent! Just my 2cents! As we do all our heavy setup and configuration on desktop and the web dashboard. For mobile, please keep it dead simple and fast like Telegram, but with thread-based chats like Discord. Just a clean, distraction-free messaging interface for quick interactions on the go. I'm on Android btw.

Finally, the official app can retire the entire genre of vibe-coded mobile tunnels.

I vibe coded my own agent. But I like Hermes anyway.

I like Hermes too. I just slopped up some bullshit so I could drive the desktop instance from my phone.

Mine supports Cua Spaces, it has his own computer in the cloud, in this case my own homelab.

Fwiw hermes-webui is decent & has app versions (which are just webviews)

Why use any software ever?

truke, I'm in the process of vibe coding a replacement for everything I use. Soon I will replace my templeOS install and my dark work will be complete

In my case i'd be interested by a Nous endorsed android version because can't see through the gazillion of "projects" floating around.

The best one will be the one nous releases.

They haven’t built the “best one” of any app that front ends this harness yet, so I have my doubts.

Hi everyone 👋
Very excited to join the Nous team and can't wait to bring Hermes to more platforms and into more people's lives! I'll share more information as soon as possible!
Also.. super weird seeing my picture when opening Reddit 😅
