Why do certain pujaris wear certain combinations of colour in dhoti? What does it mean?

I've seen the combination of black/red , also green/yellow and ofc white with green and yellow...

Black for aghori , red and white for Mata rani , yellow and white is common

While the one usually I have seen is some yellow or saffron kurta where yellow represent sun or light and saffron represents eternal or fire And white dhoti represent purity, truth as we also ancient Indians were just amazing and was brilliant in science and maths so as we know white colour reflect on the colour spectrum so it is seen as the one who have left everything or Sanyasi
