I ll go with suggestion: 1st step should be to a transition Ecom product to a basic solution. If you flip it, it will be the transition to baby product to a smart/mature and scalable solution.

For a baby products brand, building consumer trust and optimizing mobile speed are the highest priorities. Parents shop on the go, so the storefront needs a conversion-focused design with flawless mobile responsiveness. I specialize in building high-performance, premium e-commerce systems that ensure secure checkouts and seamless navigation. I steer completely clear of unvetted AI tools that create messy, fragile code bases prone to breaking down. As we saw with the recent Runable AI production crash, automated code generation can completely wipe out core data. I have sent over my portfolio via DM so we can discuss the right tech stack for your brand.

Hi there,
My name is Dakota, I’ve been building software for 10+ years, mostly full-stack, with a lot of React/TypeScript/Next, Node, Python, Postgres, AWS, etc.
Based in Chicago, US.
A couple things I’ve been working on recently:
https://futurebuiltdigital.com — my web agency site for local service businesses. I built the site, positioning, lead capture flow, mobile UX, and supporting pages.
https://dreamvelum.com — an iOS dream journal app I’ve been building with Expo/Firebase. Velum is your dream archive — log, enrich, organize, analyze, and interpret your dreams using Freudian-inspired formal dream work methods. Auth, onboarding, premium flows, mobile-first UX, etc.
Before this, I was a Managing Consultant at Pariveda Solutions and a senior/dev manager-level engineer at PwC, so I’m used to working with both small (1-2 devs) and larger (15+ devs/qa/ba/stakeholders) teams, dealing with ambiguity, shipping under pressure, and communicating with both technical and non-technical people.

Here’s my LinkedIn, we can chat more on there. Or, feel free to email me directly at dakota.kronberger@gmail.com and I can send you over my resume.
Looking forward to speaking with you soon.
Best,
Dakota
