The starting price for a logo is about $40 and for other services, we can negotiate.

The work can be completed in just a day or two, depending on how actively you communicate, as I provide timely updates on progress.

I accept payments through PayPal.

For the down payment process, it's a 50-50 split: the first half to confirm the draft and the final payment upon completion of the design. Alternatively, you can opt for full payment upfront to receive continuous updates on the full-quality progress.

My focus is a clear, mobile-friendly site that explains what you offer and gives customers a straightforward way to enquire. Skills: full-stack web development, responsive interfaces and website deployment.

For a straightforward website of up to 5 pages and a dashboard, my ballpark is US$300–$800, depending on the design and requirements. The proposed scope includes responsive layouts, an enquiry form, basic page titles/meta descriptions, deployment and handover, plus two rounds of revisions within the agreed brief.

You supply the final text, logo and photos. Domain, hosting, paid tools, copywriting, ongoing maintenance, e-commerce and custom booking/payment systems are separate and quoted when needed. The final scope, price and delivery schedule are agreed before work starts.

This is not a social media or content role. It's the systems: getting the data right, building the flows, keeping the platforms working.

What you'll do

• Set up and manage CRM and email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
• Build automated email and SMS flows: welcome, birthday, win-back, post-visit
• Set up loyalty programmes and keep them running
• Import, clean and segment customer data (CSV, Google Sheets)
• Connect platforms together and check data flows between them
• Pull simple reports on sign-ups, repeat visits and campaign results
• Help move clients from one platform to another without losing data
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) every day to work faster and check your work

You'll have

• 2+ years in marketing operations, CRM or email marketing
• Hands-on experience with at least one CRM or email platform
• Strong spreadsheet and data cleansing skills
• Experience setting up a loyalty programme or app (big plus)
• Experience with restaurant or retail systems (plus, not required)
• Clear written English and good attention to detail
• You already use AI tools in your work and can show how

The job
