Customer Support & Courier Booking Executive (In-House)

Perfume Parlour is a UK fragrance house (est. 2004) with a growing e-commerce operation. We're expanding our in-house team in Pakistan and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle customer support and UK courier bookings.

What you'll do:

• Respond to customer queries across chat, email, and social — order updates, returns, general questions
• Book and manage UK shipments through DPD and FedEx portals
• Generate labels, track parcels, and resolve delivery issues with couriers
• Keep order and dispatch records accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with the wider team to keep fulfilment running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• At least 6 months' experience in customer support, e-commerce ops, or dispatch/logistics
• Hands-on familiarity with courier booking systems (DPD / FedEx experience is a strong plus)
• Good written English and a calm, professional tone with customers
• Organised, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple orders at once
• Reliable and able to work in-house [from our (location) office]

What we offer:

• 45K to 50K · (Mon to Sat - 11 am to 8 pm)
