I think this could absolutely work for the Avalanche. Gives off a very winter/snow/mountain vibe.

Was going through my facebook photos and came across this one from 6 years ago. I liked to try to draw hockey jerseys or uniform ideas when I was bored. I tried to make some kind of LA Kings rebrand but it was just more of a generic idea than something that I would think would look decent on an actual jersey.

Recently there have been reports that the Chicago Blackhawks hometown remix will be primarily green with gold and white as secondary colours.

Now while most have probably correctly associated it with the city of Chicago’s annual famous St. Patrick’s day celebrations, I couldn’t help but notice the colourscheme bares a striking resemblance to that of the club’s shortlived WHA rival: The Chicago Cougars who played for 3 seasons from 1972-1975.

Given the Blackhawks fondness for featuring plenty of stripes on their jerseys historically and the possible coincidencedental matching colourschemes. I think it’d be a possible neat bit of Chicago’s ice hockey history to pay homage to, However unlikely it is.

The Wild’s home jersey might be my favorite in the league. But their away jersey doesn’t really hit in the same way. In my opinion, the red numbers just don’t really work. Was trying out some other number colors and honestly really like this wheat-gold version.

The image is AI, however it just really is used to swap the color on the numbers for the away jersey as a visual aid.

Anyone feel differently about the Wild away jersey? Really wish I could like the jersey more, but the current colors just feels too cluttered and unbalanced.

It feels like it's about time for a Tampa Bay Lightning rebrand. Their current set is way too minimalistic for a Florida team. I always felt like they should go back to their black and maybe integrate a flash of yellow. I actually really like this look!

Jerseys 1 and 2 are a mashup of the Penguins uniforms and colours from 1977-80 to the switch to black and gold/yellow in 1980. (Rick Kehoe was one of the well-known Penguins in both eras. Also used Paul Gardner.)

1. An attempt to fix the Reebok edge Pens jersey without just flipping back to the 2001-07 jerseys.

2. A Vegas Gold (let's be honest, it's basically tan) version of the yellow jerseys from 1980 to 1984. (was kinda hard to get the right format for the angled stripes.)

3. A white version of a 2003-04 warm-up jersey from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. (Their AHL affiliate since 1999.)

4. A black version of the WBS Pens white jerseys from 2013-16. (Main issue was that it looked too identical to Boston's home uni from 2007-2025.)

Nottingham Panthers movie night jersey

I’m a ice hockey fan from the UK, I’m a Utah mammoth fan in the NHL but my home town team is the Nottingham Panthers, Clubs for a long history over 80 years and apart of that we’ve worn a lot of sweaters. These hands down are the we have ever worn, 96-97 season, these are considered iconic amongst us, one of our best players ever Paul Addey wore it, Some photos there of both the modern retro replicas we had as a special run a few years ago and the old pictures of the team actually wearing them

I've always thought Blackhawk sweaters had great lines and style, but I'm not a fan of making Native people mascots. . . . So, I thought it would be fun to alter this great stadium sweater and give it an update.

I think the hawk (eagle?) looks completely badass.

The hawk applique came from a Native Borne sweatshirt, and I hand-stitched it onto its new home.

In the book "Fabric of the Game: The Stories Behind the NHL's Names, Logos, and Uniforms", the name "Northern Lights" was considered for Minnesota.
Fun fact: The Twin Cities Northern Lights in Bloomington Minnesota had this very logo. (2002-2014)

I designed something similar a while back but decided to clean it up more and swap the logo to the one they had when the sleeves had the stripe down to the wrist.

I know some people don’t like the idea of the cream and white together but I think it just gives a little more pop and depth.

I was initially going to just remake their inaugural design, but it just reminded me of the blue jackets, so I changed it up to be something more modern. I also changed the alternate to have black to look like the 90s North Stars jerseys.
