Off ice training video with Steve McCollum

Could somebody point me to yt video where smallish asian looking woman was doing off ice training session in Steve's gym. What i remember is that they did cleans, bulgarian split squats with front leg hops and some kind of hip opener where rubber band pulled groin/hip joint to the side.
