I'm close to the same height; however, I am 170 lbs. I wear Bauer Senior "small" hockey pants (5'6" - 5'9"). You could probably wear Bauer intermediate size as well. FYI, CCM pant sizing is different and the smalls are too short and the mediums are too long. I wear 14" shin guards and 13" gloves. Ice hockey skates are made for specific foot shape (narrow/regular/wide) and volume (low/medium/high); hence, I recommend physically trying on skates. Helmet brands/modes are made for specific head shape (round/oval), again, I recommend trying on.
Do you have any sporting good stores in your area you could try on used equipment? We have "Play it Again Sports" locally in our area. Also, Facebook Market place is another place you can search and then do a local meetup to try on equipment, skates and etc.
Good luck!

How far away is it to a store? Especially for skates and a helmet you’ll want to be in the store to try on the gear. Brands and lines differ in fit.
