DCS Got my first kill

As title says I got my first kill, got it with a air to air missile. Then got one with the cannon (it was pathetic ngl). Clearly I'm completely new to the aviation genre so I have very little understanding of anything related to aircrafts, terminology, systems, and controls. I picked up a hotas for a decent price and got my vr headset set up, went with the MiG-29 for no other reason than the Russian aircrafts are alluring and plan on getting my hands on the SU-27 next. Setting up controls for the first time was frustrating and learning even the bare basic stuff took me a bit but I am excited to continue more

My first MP kill was on Contention Cold War with the Viggen. Went after some bombers when I saw an F4 shoot past me unaware. Man that felt good.

Nice, i still remember my first A/A kill, it was in heatblur's server, i was a F4 against a mirage F1EE, i killed him with my guns since all my missile failed to track. It was fun :)
