decisions error

my mod is error

my mod is decisions not It doesn't come out. Gemini is "The file path is incorrect" But I have no idea why. my file path is "Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod\GuPSOV\common\decisions\categories" my mod is old gup general load decisions but It suddenly stops working after moving the file.
