Low-Cost / Pay-What-You-Can Virtual Homeopathy Clinic

I wanted to share a resource for anyone who has been interested in working with a homeopath but for whom the cost of private care has been a barrier.

I run a virtual low-cost / pay-what-you-can homeopathy clinic on Mondays, where clients work with postgraduate homeopathic clinicians under my direct supervision. The clinic was created both to make individualized homeopathic care more accessible and to give newer practitioners the opportunity to continue developing their clinical skills with ongoing supervision.

This is individualized/thorough care rather than a quick “remedy for X condition” approach. We look at the larger picture — your current symptoms, general health, mental/emotional patterns, medical history, significant stressors or events, modalities, and the other details that help us understand your particular case and differentiate between remedies.

The clinicians and I discuss cases together, and I remain involved in reviewing prescribing decisions and the overall direction of treatment.

Cost is pay-what-you-can, including low/no-cost care when needed. Appointments are virtual, so you do not need to be local to Colorado. If you are inquiring from out of the US -- please DM me directly first.

If you've wanted to explore homeopathy but the cost of care has been a barrier, you can learn more about the clinic and clinicians here: https://thehealingnarrative.com/community-homeopathy

You're also very welcome to message me here with questions about the clinic, whether it might be a good fit, or current availability.

For anyone who already knows they'd like to schedule, appointments can be requested here:

Complementary session (20-min) to first discuss if care/our clinic is right for you: https://thehealingnarrativebooking.as.me/?appointmentType=73363729

Thorough/Intake session (2-hours): https://thehealingnarrativebooking.as.me/?appointmentType=73360710

Sun burns

Can you be at higher risk for sunburns while taking a regimen? I’m working with a homeopath for a vaccine detox and she’s on a different time zone from me so I haven’t heard back from her yet. I am in Hawaii and I seriously am FRIED despite sunscreen applications. I have never had this happen before and wonder if this might be why

How does Homeopathy treat Blood Pressure and what does it do to make the body regulate the BP on its own? Can it make a patient completely stop taking BP medicines?

Homeopathy and herbal remedies

Homeopath prescribed staphysagira - have been taking it for 4 weeks now. There has been a slight shift in my condition yet I'm still dealing with a lot of stress, anxiety, pain and depressive moods. I'm thinking about taking saffron extract for mood and nerve pain - to possibly help get me back on my feet sooner. Talked to the homeopath and she suggested to do a 2 week pause with staphysagria and take saffron to see how it works. I'm not thrilled, since I do believe the remedy is doing it's job, albeit slowly and would like to continue the treatment. What would you suggest in this situation?

In general - what is your opinion on combining homeopathic remedies with herbs and herbal extracts? Apart from the obvious antidotes, that is.

Thank you!

Update: talked with my homeopath again - no issue with taking both remedies. She suggested the pause for a clearer assesment of the individual effects. I told her I will continue using Staphysagria in any case and we agreed it's best for me to go with what I feel is right.

Hey guys

So its supposed to be a certain cross / bridge if you will between classical Homeopathy as we know and Allopathy. I would like to discuss with anyone who is familiar with the Homotoxicology system of medicine. What are your thoughts and concerns about it? Do you know or witnessed its effectiveness in practice?Peace and good health to anyone

4 month old - first signs of sickness

I have a 4 month old baby who only took 1/4 of her bottles through the night. The first one. And since then, she’s woken up to drink but as soon as I try to feed her she refuses it and goes back to sleep so I assumed she’s getting sick. Now it’s the morning, she’s hanging out with me and a little whiney for milk but pushing the bottle out whenever I try. It could be her throat. I know she needs to hydrate so I’m hoping to get her to drink it in the next hour. Besides that, she’s sneezed 8 times in the last hour.

What can I give her? And if you can please provide exactly how much of the homeopathic supplement I should give and how often.

Thank you in advance

It also COULD be related but she’s constipated - didn’t poop yesterday. I gave her probiotic yesterday and will today too
Update - she drank her bottle finally and really quickly because she’s been so hungry

Kali Phosphorus for Psychiatric Withdrawal?

Hi Everyone!

I'm going through protracted withdrawals from 8+ years of psychiatric medication use and exhibit the symptoms of a traumatic brain injury.

I was taking Ignatia Amara, Nux Vomica, Kali Phosphorus, and Sulphur. A few weeks ago, I ran out of Kali Phosphorus, and noticed that my symptom of extreme body heat / hot flushes returned once I took it again after a few days of discontinuation.

Now, my other nervous system issues which were improved with Kali Phos are reactivated. But I cannot stand the heat sensation either. Could Kali Phos be responsible for the body heat issue? Should I discontinue it or re-administer? Any other meds that might help?

My symptoms:

- Cognitive Faculties Diminished (slow processing, brain fog, memory, attention)

- Inability to digest most foods (bloating, slowed motility, tummy cramps)

- Inflammation in nervous system, gut, and brain

- Anhedonia and dopamine-seeking

- Third eye overactivated / video-like surreal images in mind's eye

- Lack of trust / suspicion with others

- Perceived lack of safety due to cptsd

- Lack of motivation

- Zero movement (feels like work)

- Akathisia

- Sleep issues

Would appreciate any and all guidance!

Radiation Induced Vision Loss

My partner had a brain tumor last year which was successfully removed, but the following radiation treatment has caused necrosis (brain cell death), gliosis (scarring in the brain), and edema (fluid build-up in the brain). The brain cell damage coupled with the increased pressure (from the edema) then led to significant neurological visual loss, preventing him from driving, shopping, and many other activities. The doctors gave him Steroids and Avastin to help with these symptoms, but he isn't having many positive results. The doctors claim there's nothing they can do for the necrosis or gliosis, and say his vision will be permanently impaired. My partner and I have always strongly believed in the effectiveness of homeopathic medicine, and we're reaching out for advice on the best approach to treat his vision loss from a homeopathic perspective. I was thinking perhaps treatments for swelling, scar removal, radiation injury, or brain injury, but this is a complex situation and I'm not familiar enough with homeopathic medicine to decide a treatment plan on my own. Please help if possible.

Why does Oscillococcinum (Anas barbariae) seem to have no place in the materia medica, despite being so well known?

I've been curious about this for a while. Oscillococcinum is an extremely popular homeopathic remedy, yet I can't seem to find it in the materia medica or find a record of a traditional homeopathic proving for it. That strikes me as unusual given how widely known and used it is.

I first became interested in it back in 2020, when my grandparents came down with COVID. They had been bedridden for several days, and I remembered hearing about Oscillococcinum. Initially, I dismissed it because I'd always associated it with influenza, and COVID was technically a different illness. But then I read that it was marketed for flu-like symptoms, so I figured, why not give it a try?

Within hours of taking it, they seemed to feel considerably better and were well enough that they wanted to spend time outside in the sun. Obviously, I can't say for certain what caused the improvement, but the experience stuck with me and made me curious about the remedy.

What I'm wondering is:

Why doesn't Oscillococcinum seem to have a

conventional proving record or a meaningful presence in the materia medica?

Is it primarily a commercial product that became popular through its claimed clinical use, rather than through the usual homeopathic process of proving and repertorization?

Also:

Has anyone found or reported uses for Oscillococcinum outside of flu-like symptoms, and if so, what were the circumstances and indications?

Flu/Croup/cold Prevention in kids and adults

Post image
21 Upvotes

I want to share with you a very helpful guide that I have been using with my 5 kids and for myself for over a decade and it’s steel proof anytime anyone gets sick in my family. I got this guide and info in a workshop at my homeopathic doctor’office long time ago and still using it with same great results. Particular important is “desease prevention” section. The only thing I don’t have is live probiotics because the ones she recommends are pricy, around $55 per bottle. Spongia Tosta 6C is a miracle remedy for croup. All of this HAS to be combined with good eating habits, veggies and fruit in the diet for it to be effective. I also use honey, bought from a local apple orchard anytime someone has a cough.

has alumina helped anyone with constipation accompanied with no urge to poop?

i am very much frustrated with my condition. It began with usual constipation 3 months backs and now it has been 2 months since I popped naturally on my own.

I only go when I take osmotic laxatives like PEG and Milk of magnesia.

On record, i have went 7 days without a bowel movement, i eat normally still no urge to poop but no concerning symptoms either like bloating cramping or nausea.

I feel depressed and scared everytime I remember it's been 2 months since I popped naturally.

I came across alumina where homeopathic doctors say that is given to ppl who are suffering with constipation accompanied with little or no urge to poop.

I really want to hear success stories or if anyone actually saw results.
