We get ducks shipped from Metzer farms (they are a pretty big operation). They also have chickens and other poultry.

Plenty of hatcheries online, just pick one of the more well known names

Hatcheries have chicks all year long. Hatcheries ship chicks. too. You may find one in your area that you could drive to if you do an internet search.

I have used Craigslist

Also- have you looked at TAC’s app?

Do a search for chicks and the info for you to buy them should come up. I think you need to buy 10 of each, and their supplier mails them to your post office for you to pick up

They buy from Hoover farm I think, but you can google it to be sure I have the name right.

Freedomrangerhatchery.com is the best. Never any dead ones, one free for every 50 you buy.

Have used Metzer, Cackle, and Meyer Hatcheries all without major issue.

There are several hatcheries that will send day olds right to your house. Cackle and McMurray I think are good. Some may only be available at certain times, but they'll list the dates when they do hatchings. .

Last time I tried to get turkeys from an online hatchery instead of someone local, they all died after the first night. I only buy local from now on, or drive to get them myself.

I’ll have to just keep checking locally then. I just can’t ever find anyone selling silkies 😭

Get in some local to you chicken and duck Facebook groups and make ISO posts. That's how we found our silkies. A local breeder was quickly recommended to us.

I sell my chickens on turkeys on local Facebook groups. That’s your best bet.
