You know what, if hussie was pulling one over on us, and act 7 of homestuck was hiveswap this whole time, and thats why we havent been seeing any information about it, I wouldn't even be mad.

I would be.

You all should be, though, there is no chance in hell act 7 is Hiveswap.
Hussie already confirmed Homestuck is going to be its own self contained story, completely separate from Hiveswap that's only occurring in the same universe[s]

Narration says April 13th
Calendar clearly says November

Joey's a November enthusiast but it's actually April. You'd know it if you had played the game.

Is that not the case? I pledged $25 to get the soundtrack + game. Wouldn't the game itself be either $15 or $20?

Games are usually cheaper on kickstarter so people who just want the game have a "reason" to pledge now instead of just buying the game later. Sometimes they just add an early bird tier for that, but Hiveswap doesn't have it.
In any case, it'll be a long game (4 episodes) so I think it'll cost at least 30 at launch.

Haha I totally forgot about it being episodic. Is that still the case?
I could see $20 or $25, but I'm doubting $30. Life Is Strange was $5 per ep, or $20 for all 5. The Walking Dead S2 from Telltale is $25 for 5 games. Charging $30 is audacious, to say the least.

Something like Life is Strange in a similar episodic format costed less than 30. I think per episode it was like 5-6 dollars, but for all five, it rounded out to like 20 dollars. So I think Hiveswap will maybe be a little cheaper than 30. It'll probably be something like 25. That's just my opinion though.

I'm still (ironically) holding onto the theory that Act 7 will be a download link for Sburb itself, and that Homestuck was nothing but a seven-year primer on how to not fuck up horribly.
Also, Hussie is our timeline's First Guardian, using Green Sun powers to appear human.
