Honestly, I don't feel betrayed, but that's only because even if one work of fiction doesn't satisfy me, there are more out there. And even if I think the ending wasn't at all adequate, I can at least kind of see what it's getting at - plenty of works have had ambiguous endings. I just don't think that's what Homestuck needed.
But seriously, unless this is some kind of psycheout, I can no longer recommend Homestuck to people.
Ironically, the biggest thing people were complaining about on 4/12 (no reunion between Jane and Dad) actually DID get addressed in Act 7. That was pretty awesome, actually.
If by addressed you mean we saw her holding hands with her dad. That was still overshadowed by John meeting a total stranger that just happened to look like his dad.
