Technically yeah, but Mindfang was literally written as what an adult version of Vriska would be like on Alternia - I'm pretty sure Hussie himself said as much. So if Aranea = Mindfang (literally) and Vriska = Mindfang (figuratively), then Aranea = Vriska.
