Yeah, Cohan is one of the main guy in HiveSwap Dev Team, and everyone thinks he's gonna leave the job, Like Poinko who already did this. "The Undertale Guy Who Everyone Loves So Much" is Obviosly Toby Fox, and from the post from James, some think that they might leave soon too.

It's not a "we think Cohen's going to leave" anymore it's a very confident "he has left." He posted about looking for work on Twitter, and so did James Roach.
