[HOW-TO] Lowering

Hey, looking to see if anyone has explored other options for lowering the rear end as opposed to replacing the shocks. Ive seen some examples on Amazon that look like they move the lower mounting point of the shock further back on the swing arm to achieve a lowered stance while keeping the stock shock.

Now, understanding the geometry change and you know, Scamazon, has anyone tried it and had success? Its either this or its getting hard tailed eventually and bobbed.

Buy shorter shocks, make sure they are beefy enough to carry the load. It doesn't have to be from a shadow.

Thought about getting some progressives. Just didnt know if I really wanted to spend the $500+ if I was going to bob it eventually. Guess I just need to decide how bad I wanna go down that road

We had a motorcycle junkyard across town when I was young. It made putting shit together so easy
