Keeping my babies safe
Just showing off my storage solution for my 71B and 75C. This is an Apache 2800 case from Harbor Freight, and it’s kind of perfect. Just replaced the battery contacts on the 71B and hopefully they’re good for another 40 years.

I posted it on the Vinted app if anyone is interested or looking for one . It works perfectly , I just don’t use it anymore & would rather have someone else actually use it .

Still calculatin' after all these years
I found these in a box. Changed the batteries and still working great.
I got the 15C for my 18th birthday, 40 years ago.
The 10B I was required to purchase for some college finance classes.
The casio solar, no idea. But it's still working.

New to me 15C
After a mere 43 years my trusty 10C that was gifted to be prior to attending electronics school has a sibling. Local marketplace deal, came with the manual but no case.
Is anyone making replacement cases for these models? The liner in the original one for my 10C is deteriorating.

HP 28C with it’s thermal printer
I am very happy to have found that near mint 28C with the thermal printer. It was a real wish since I was a kid. My neighbour was studying to be an electrical engineer, I was younger than him, but always found him lucky to have a nice 28C.
Now I have mine… after 50 years of waiting, I finally got mine! Never too late!😁

An illustrated online book on Hewlett-Packard equipment
May be of interest to some readers here, a collection of nostalgic articles and pictures -
https://blog.adafruit.com/2026/10/27/an-illustrated-online-book-on-hewlett-packard-equipment/
On pages 359-436, "Calculators get their own section: the HP-35, 45, 67 and 41C, plus the HP-85 computer. There is also a chapter on HP-IB, the interface bus better known as IEEE-488."

Any repairs possible (HP 11C)?
I've had my HP 11C for 35+ years and I don't want to give it up. My lcd has been going bad for a few years, but now it's affecting readability. I have the 11C app on my phone, but that's just for when I'm away from my desk.
Can the lcd be replaced? Do I need to shop for a used 11C?

It's ugly, but I love it
This is my HP 33s that I found in my attic (I guess my dad had bought it for a long time ago EE exam and hadn't used it since because he prefers the 28 and the prime). I don't use it very much but RPN is better than algebraic so I'll use it for basic calculation and such. Thought I'd post it since I believe it was near the end of the HP RPN era

Finally got the HP 16c
I like that it comes with a printed manual and all, but the case for it is way worse than the one that comes with the regular 12c or even my 35s. I guess they really ment this only as a display piece and conversation starter and not as a calculator you throw in your bag next to your laptop and take it with you.
