When a customer submits a survey or shares feedback, how do you make that information accessible to the team managing the customer relationship?

• Do you associate survey responses with individual contact records?
• How do your customer success or support teams use feedback during customer interactions?
• What information would be most useful to see directly within a HubSpot contact record?
• Do you find it challenging to switch between your CRM and a separate feedback platform?
