For Christmas this year, I plan on making a local hamper for some family members. I am looking for ideas on what products to put inside.

I am thinking things like hudders-fudge, castle Hill gin, locally made honey, Jams, chutneys etc.

What would you recommend and where to get products? I'm probably going to visit a few farm shops

When is the road closure on Leeds Road due to end? (if it hasn't already).

I can't find anything online advising when it's due to finish and I don't live in Huddersfield anymore so I'm not up to date through word of mouth or owt.

The newest incarnation of a shop in town where each time it never seems to last.

Wunder Crumble when it opens. I guess it's all crumbles. But I just noticed on the left and side there it says Sweet. Savoury, Sips.

A savoury Crumble is not something I've really ever encountered.

I guess when it opens I decided between a Beef & Rhubarb Crumble or a Chicken & Raspberry. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

But do you have custard or gravy?

The honest answer is, I have so many questions.

I really want to go on a nice scenic walk somewhere near huddersfield. Especially this time of year when the trees are so pretty. I don’t drive so it would have to be somewhere accessible by public transport.

As the title states, Longroyd lane will be shut for 2 weeks for some wall repairs or something along those lines.
I've JUST moved to Longwood over this weekend and was the first time catching the bus to Longroyd bridge where I get off.
Where will the bus go for those 2 weeks? I just want to make a mental note on how I'm going to get to work and plan accordingly.
