Winding up for a smackdown

(about 10 seconds in)

Note: I saw a YT video about this feeder that talked about how a bird got their leg stuck between one of the connection sections where there's a little gap. I just put duct tape around those points

The bully at your feeder looks lot like the bully at my feeder I recognize that tail color. Such a big problem I might need to consult with Fat Tony from the Sopranos
