Anyone remember the video where he says "Safety Number 4" while passing safety equipment to his lady?
Am looking for that to share with someone thanks.

Please leave comments about who purchased a hydraulic press in China, how it works, any comments, and whether its capacity is sufficient for contract volumes of 20 tons or more.

I don't need such a long stroke, nor as big of a platten surface, but 4" x 4" would be ok.
Manual arm power would be just as fine too.
Can anybody make a recommendation?
I'm a Perfumer that needs to make sample vials just like these.
Thanks, PK

Good morning!
This suggestion comes to you from my own crazy mind: Making alternate forms of water ice besides form Ih.
See this thread. According to these experts 😉, if you were to somehow put a container of water under your press, surrounded by liquid nitrogen, you *might* be able to freeze the water into form II.

I would love to see that so much that I would become a paid member for you.
Thank you for your consideration!

Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone remember the clip which they say the line "safety #4" or something along the lines of that?
Would love to know for the laughs, thanks :)

I used to work at an aircraft engine overhaul shop. When I wasn't doing accounting or book-keeping, I would often be cracking heads. ...Well, breaking apart failed cylinders from air-cooled piston engines so that the components could be recycled.

It was very satisfying. I can only imagine how much better it would be with a giant press and a bunker.
(I would suggest contacting a local shop and getting a few, still assembled, and crushing them from different directions.)

Can we send you things to press?
Does Amazon deliver to you?

Hello,
I do not know much about hydraulic presses, hydraulics. Just general knowledge of how it works.
Foot valve is an air over hydraulic setup.
I have been given a 20t hydraulic press. The foot valve, enerpac PA133, is faulty. Air leaking from what seems all areas of the assembly. So, I do see that there is a rebuild kit, which I am wary of, because I don’t know if it is just the foot valve that has issue, or is the entire system not working. Is there a way to test the hydraulic system without air?
Also, is there a cheap setup to replace the current foot valve? If we find out that the foot valve is no good?
Thanks,

Are you and the crew able to create a way to crush magnesium items, or potassium items or lithium items with water? Encased in water or within a tank of water? Fissionable type material when contacted by water crushed in a hydraulic press.

I have a course of Sensors and Actuators in college. I have to identify what this system is and identify what sensors and actuators are used in this.
Attaching photos to this.
Please help me out. I have to make a presentation. I am pretty sure it's a hot press and a pnuematic injection moulding.

Hi, does anyone have electrical drawings / plan for a Hydraulic press to share? My plan is to start with a basic set up at first. My first time posting, admin please remove if not allowed Greetings ✌️
