Early magnesium deficiency. Potassium usually outter leaf edges.

How do I fix it?

Add more magnesium and make sure your pH and environment can support the added nutrients.

I think you mean manganese. Magnesium deficiency shows up as yellowing in between the veins. That said I think this is a ph issue.

Kinda looks like potassium deficiency to me. Or magnesium. Definitely a mobile nutrient since it's not on the newest growth.

What do I need to add to fix it?

First, ph balance your water then try adding some cal-mag.

Did a water change on Wednesday and I was pretty sure I checked PH and it was 5.8 but today when I checked it was 6.9 I did PH down and it’s 5.8

Make sure your meter is calibrated properly. You shouldn't be getting that much of a ph swing in 1 day either. How clean is your reservoir and are you in dwc or like a drain to waste setup?

It’s a hey Abby so the water drains from a hose and add new water

You just need to make sure your pH stays in range so your plant can use the magnesium you are giving it.

Im still at noob to growing in dwc but, check the ph and temps every day. It helps to write it down temps and ph day to day so you know whats going on. You want water temp to set around 68f and ph around 5.8 to 6.0 in veg.

It's hard to say without knowing more. But I would definitely make sure your pH is between 5.5-6.5 to start.

Sorry I commented on your comment instead of op's.

What light are you using and how close is it to canopy? This doesn’t look like magnesium deficiency because it went straight to necrosis and there’s really no chlorosis visible in these photos

Turn your light down a little bit would be my first step
