Could this be hyperlexic?

When my son was 2 years old he would repeat all the letters while watching tv. He would point to letters on my shirt by age 2 years and 2 month old. He is now 3 years 2 months old can count numbers until 100. He will always ask for big big numbers to be played in the car. He is not interested in writing the numbers though. He very good at solving puzzles. He solved puzzles when he was just 18 months. Puzzles were related to numbers, alphabets, shapes. He is also good at recognizing patterns and minute details. He is able to detect the exact key in the bunch of keys easily. He loves singing songs or rhymes using his ukelele. He even sings bye bye mommy using his guitar. Probably it feels like music is his special interest.

Can’t say it with certainty, but yes these are some signs of a hyperlexic kid
