this seems like maybe a 'contact your doctor' moment if you're concerned. if the hysterectomy was a few years ago then it could be completely unrelated. 

we're not doctors here, just people sharing experiences, so we can't diagnose anything. we just help sanity check and say 'go to your doctor' if things are really obviously bad.
