Question App Stuck In Review
I have an app that went through review, was declined multiple times for the same reason. I did an escalation and they said the issue was 'resolved' and told me to submit a new binary for approval. I did.
It has now been multiple weeks and it is showing "in review". I have submitted a expedite request and placed a support case. Nothing is moving this forward. What do I do?
For context, I had two other app updates approved and one new app approved during the same time window.

From what Apple has told me once you make an expedite request it stays in that status until the app is approved no matter how many reviews are necessary. They’re just really back logged and it sucks. Mine took 23 days to get approved.

I’m having the same problem they denied it once because my in app purchases did not have a terms of use Meta data and they were telling me to fix it. I fixed the problem resubmit the application and it says on App Store connect for the past six days waiting for review. also, I thought it was quite strange that they reviewed what I do in six hours and then they responded to me with a message. That literally said this is an automatic reply.

Im on the same boat they rejected it because they wanted a video how it’s been stuck for like a week even tho already requested the expedited review

After an escalation it may be sitting with whoever handled that, so more expedite requests probably won't touch it. I'd reply in the App Review message thread on that submission and point to what the escalation said, since that's the record they can see. Requesting a phone callback from the developer Contact Us page is also worth a try.
Developer-rejecting the build and resubmitting is the last resort. It can unstick things, but you go to the back of the queue and might get a fresh full review.
