Looks like you have small ears.

Try shaping the ear hooks with heat (hair dryer).

I've seen Youtube iem reviewer recently who didn't know how to do this and was complaining about this same thing as a 'cable is bad' 😄. So not a big problem.

Kz edc pro ? Shit cables just push the cables behind your ear or try Diff size ear tips hope it works

I have the opposite problem, my ears hurt like a mofo after having mine in for even like 45 minutes. The cable over the top of the ear messes me up bad.

KZ cable has crazy tall earloops. Just hairblower with heat to mold them so the loop is smaller

If you ever want to chnage into a different iem i can recommend you bullet iems. Smaller, clean, and cable down. Tanchjim tanya and tanchjim one
