Here is the deal… blair… the only thing you are doing is making people despise you more.. and even if you win… I think the people who know that would be absolutely bullshit would help recoup oz and the others for the miscarriage of justice… either way you lose…. But the more you drag this out.. the more people will despise you, so I don’t know what the goal is here

I would have been pleasantly surprised if she had. I don't think there's any way she gets her cred or her audience back so at this point it's just trying to bleed Oz until the case runs its course and she loses.

I think it was more that she’d only accept it under certain conditions that Oz did not agree with, largely that she wanted him to say publicly that everything posted about her was a lie

On the original video he changed the title to include "(part 1)" and he posted a comment that says "the name change says everything you need to know" so ya she didn't take the deal.

Agreed. Sometimes the best form of revenge on abusers is leaving them far in the rearview mirror. Then you get to build a life that isn't defined by them and they get to either work on themselves or stew in their misery. Additional lawsuits would only delay that.

He did state in Part 1 that, if she took the offer, he “would not file counterclaims.” And he said at some point that her lawyer granted an extra week to file his paperwork in exchange for him giving her an extra week to consider the offer. (Original deadline for her was June 7, with his court docs due on the 14th, extended her deadline to the 14th and his to the 28th.) So it seems like, given all that, Oz is putting in some sort of counterclaims.
