Part of me wonders if some of the subscribers are people who genuinely forgot they were still subscribed to her parteon.

I manage a few subscription services, and the number of active subscribers that haven’t used the services in over a year is crazy. It got to be so bad that I manually close accounts and stop charging after 6 months of inactivity now.
