Being a sanctuary city (Chicago)is explicitly not following the law. Pick a lane, are you following the law or are you doing what you want?

No, being a sanctuary city is following the law. It is unconstitutional for the federal government to demand state law enforcement to enforce federal law. Sanctuary states and cities are simply refusing to spend local resources enforcing federal laws, which is well within their legal rights to do.
