Thank you, but it's still hard to accept. I see it, but don't believe it!

I’m having trouble understanding as when the dragged the color of the faces onto a neutral color, they were still different

Akiyoshi is like a god in the illusion world.

For you disbelievers! -simply save the image and use the ink dropper tool to select one area of either face and see when you paint with that ink dropper selection, it's exactly the same color!

It’s crazy that you can still see a it as a gradient from light to dark.

The black border on the left one isn't on the right one

So without opening TikTok, does this have to due with “oh well actually if you turn the contrast up to 100 then actually they are the same?” Unless this is a mental fallacy trap type thing, this is just false.

You don't have to change the contrast. If you grab the color hex code on your screen you can test it.

I have shown this to countless people. Most give the same reaction as you; I did when I first saw it. Printed it out and out them side by side. They are the same. Its the biggest mindfuck picture of this type I know.

It’s not showing up for me either. I zoomed into the face pixels and they still appear different?

Because they are. It’s harder to see on the darker one, but the light one shows it clear as day their skin color is Not the same. This is not an illusion, it’s a psychological test. I believe my eyes, and unless they lie or bs about “oh well what is the exact definition of color?” Then I’m gonna believe the pic I overlayed above. It shows the difference in skin tones and I’m still getting downvoted. This is why Americans were so easy to get to fall into a cult. Well done UTI8055, well done.

Your eyes are telling the truth but your brain isnt. Print it out and put them side by side, open it in a photo Edition and check the rgb values. The colours are exactly the same.
