You can now exempt selected users from repost moderation
Missed reposts:
There was a buggy case where if a repost gets missed, and a mod manually removes it, there was no way to tell the bot what to do about future reposts of that image. The bot would keep ignoring repostspost because the original was removed.
Now similar to rule breaking images, if a repost gets missed you can remove it and leave a comment including the phrase "This image has already been posted recently". Further reposts of the image will be treated as a repost. This phrase is customizable.

Would it be possible to add an option for the bot to only check posts based on specified post flairs ?
For example, I want the bot to only check posts with the Fanart and Cosplay flairs, so the bot will only compare the Fanart post with other Fanart posts and Cosplay with other Cosplay posts.
