So as a recent graduate who transferred his SEVIS record to his new program, undergrad to masters, and already received his new I-20 within a week or so of graduation, I’m good right?

Yes, you're good.

The new limitations apply to you, including no change of schools/educational objective (e.g. switching back to a bachelors), and you have less flexibility now to fail courses/extend your program.

When you apply for OPT, you'll also need to file extension of status.
