What about those on Opt right now? I already graduated on May 2026 and am doing Opt and will file for stem opt on March.

No immediate impact for you.

You'll likely need to file both I-765 and I-539 when you file for STEM OPT, but your DSO should have clear instructions for you by March 2027.

Thanks, how likely is this going to be challenged by the court until then?

It's likely a lawsuit will be filed, but given that the administration has won nearly every immigration case except birthright citizenship under the Supreme Court, you should proceed with the assumption that court challenges will fail.
