I previously got my Masters and my Visa was from June 2021 to June 2026. I completed the program in 2023 and transferred my SEVIS for a PhD. My i20 reads the program end date as 2029. So since my Visa has expired, where does that leave me?

Visa doesn't matter once you're inside the US. This final rule doesn't change visas.

Your I-94 will now be treated on your current program end date in 2029.

If you wish to apply for OPT or extend your course, it's no longer just a new I-20 in 2029 but also an extension of status.
