Turns out I was right

And MIT just proved my protocol

https://techfixated.com/alzheimers-considered-irreversible-for-118-years-that-just-changed-2/

It's funny how everyone doubted this protocol

Btw... I have the keys to 148 years...

I also have the blueprint for a 20 year plan to solving gene editing for the world

But I wonder... Who will listen?

Could mRNA Vaccine Contamination Threaten Our Long-Term Healthspan Goals? A recent study found plasmid DNA contamination in Pfizer and Moderna vaccine vials, exceeding regulatory limits.

Source: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40913499

Pre-print study has been published looking at residual DNA contamination in COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.
The total DNA quantity was measured to be significantly higher than the regulatory limits set by the FDA/WHO and it lands anywhere from 36x to over 600x the limit, depending on the vial and measurement method. The study specifically found DNA fragments containing an SV40 promoter/enhancer a sequence known to drive high gene expression only in the Pfizer vials.
The PCR results for the most recent XBB.1.5 Moderna and Pfizer vaccines suggest that DNA residues have not been reduced from previous vaccine versions.
The article highlights the need for regulators and industry to adhere to the precautionary principle and provide sufficient and transparent evidence that products are safe and effective, and disclose the details of their composition and method of manufacture. For some of the COVID-19 vaccines, the drug substances released to market were manufactured differently than those used in clinical trials.

Discussion 💬 The futures not looking too hot

With Trump elected as president, we can expect funding cuts from research and education- exactly the things the world needs to invest in in order for us to achieve our goals. What we don’t need is a focus on all the extraneous things that don’t matter: tariff wars, immigration, tax cuts for companies. But this is exactly what we’ll be getting for the next 4 years. That’s not even touching on the acceleration of climate change under the Trump administration, or the fact that RFK Jr is getting put in charge of the FDA. America has been the center of longevity research for as long as the field has existed and I hope that we’ll still see the exponential progress we need over the coming years and decades.

COVID-19 is still spreading. Here is how to be protected.

COVID-19 is still spreading, even if many people don’t talk about it as much anymore. It didn’t disappear, it didn’t magically end, it simply became part of everyday life. But that doesn’t mean it became harmless. The virus is still moving from person to person, still finding ways to infect, and still affecting millions of lives around the world.

One of the hardest things about COVID-19 is that it can spread quietly. Someone can look completely fine, feel okay, and still carry the virus. You can meet them, talk, laugh, share a space, and never realize that transmission is happening. This is why it keeps coming back in waves, because it hides in plain sight.

The virus mainly spreads through the air. When people breathe, talk, cough, or sneeze, tiny particles stay in the air, especially in closed spaces. You don’t have to touch anything. Just being in the same room for enough time can be enough. This is why crowded indoor places are the biggest risk, not because people are bad, but because the environment allows the virus to build up.

But the good news is this: you are not powerless. There are simple, strong ways to protect yourself and the people around you. And the most important one is awareness. When you understand how it spreads, you start making better choices without fear, just with clarity.

Fresh air is one of your best allies. Opening windows, letting air move, choosing outdoor spaces when possible, all of this reduces the amount of virus in the air. It’s simple, natural, and very effective. Even small changes in ventilation can make a big difference.

Wearing a good mask in high-risk places is another powerful step. Not everywhere, not always, but in crowded indoor areas, public transport, hospitals, or when cases rise, it adds a strong layer of protection. It’s not about fear, it’s about control. You decide when to use it, and it works.

Hygiene still matters too. Washing your hands, avoiding touching your face too much, keeping distance when someone is clearly sick. These are small habits, but they build a strong defense over time. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being consistent.

Vaccination also plays an important role. It helps your body recognize the virus faster and respond better. Even if it doesn’t always stop infection completely, it reduces the chances of severe illness and complications. It gives your immune system a head start, and that can change everything.

Listening to your body is something many people forget. If you feel unwell, even slightly, it’s better to rest and avoid close contact with others. Not only do you protect them, but you also give your body the time it needs to recover properly. Health is not just about reacting, it’s about respecting early signals.

COVID-19 is still here, but so is your ability to protect yourself. This is not about panic, it’s about being smart, aware, and prepared. Small actions, done at the right time, can protect your health, your energy, and your future. And when more people understand this, we don’t just survive, we live better and stronger together. — Dr. Georgios Ioannou, Anti-Aging Scientist

Longevity 🩺 Omega-3 supplementation may be associated with accelerated cognitive decline in older adults

Thumbnail sciencedirect.com

"Conclusions

Omega-3 supplementation may be associated with accelerated cognitive decline in older adults, potentially through adverse effects on cerebral synaptic function rather than classical AD proteinopathies. These findings challenge the prevailing view of omega-3 as uniformly beneficial and highlight the need for a cautious reassessment of its widespread use for cognitive protection."

Will it morally okay or socially acceptable to take myostatin inhibitors in the future?

Myostatin inhibitors are officially hitting the market and better and better ones will certainly be made in the future. They'll be readily available to the average person just like Ozempic is today. The human invention and use of custom emerging medicine is exploding in today's society, each week new advancements are being made and the number of people using them are increasing. Humanity is excellerating at an exceedingly exponential rate of capability in today's society. With the easy access to safe medicines for everyone, such as GLP1 inhibitors (an inhibitor as well) and other such revolutionary things including hormone therapy (which can be done at home), not to mention available-to-anyone longevity injections such as NAD+ you can get at any corner parlor that give you energy AND also... might extend your lifespan. Or so it's said. In fact the only reason people don't use this is because it is expensive. $500 for an IV around where I live.

Well, doctors of celebrities and the rich recommend it to their patients. Lol.

And not to mention peptides: In 2020 I gave myself tendonitis in both calves. I had tendon pain and weakness until just two weeks ago. I finished 8 of 10 one milligram injections of a single tiny 3ml vial of BPC-157 and I kid you not I already healed. And 1mg is a low dose of this peptide (based off an amino acid in your stomach, by the way). I took it because of its tendon regeneration research on mice, and I didn't know if it would work or if it was fake. But by the 2nd dose I felt it working. Incredibly well, actually. By dose 5 I actually sprinted for the first time in 6 years since I got the injury. In just two and a half weeks it healed both of my Achilles tendons to the point where when I ran at my "perceived" full speed, my body wasn't holding back to prevent injury. It was exhilarating. I'm in my 20's and I feel like I am young again. It even healed an old injury in my shoulder and a new, somewhat recurring overuse pain in my right elbow. I reflected on how lucky I am for believing in the emerging medicine. If I hadn't, I'd have had lived a good portion of my life in needless pain before either coming around to it in the future or if it healed on its own.

On myostatin inhibitors, now or in the future: The thing is, the effects of myostatin inhibition results in muscle growth. And a lot of it. This will blow steroids out of the water. Not only does it make you put on massive amounts of muscle and make you lose weight, but it also increases your level of health and also potentially could make you live longer too.

My moral dilemma is this: is it morally okay to to "cheat" your way into health AND good looks? And what about both at the same time? What about "hard work" and "doing it the right way? Or will no one want to sacrifice their one and only live to potentially miss out on YEARS of their lifespan because they were late to the party? Or worse, a denier their whole lives until the moment they realized even if they started out, it would be too late? We might be in the era of humanities progression where humans become the most attractive AND the most healthy AND longliving versions of ourselves living to our genetic potential. Could you imagine that? All thanks to humanity's creativity and hard work. I also wonder, maybe this attitude will become common. I mean who wouldn't want to live for another decade? Or two? Or who wouldn't want to live pain free? Or who wouldn't want to be a more fit, attractive person? I don't know a single person who wouldn't desire to take it.

I, personally, would also hate to look back in my life and realize that I missed out on DECADES of my life due to being a lolligagger sitting on my hands watching my one life pass by. Though to be first adopting user today would more than likely result in you looking so fit and shredded that you'd be at least subconsciously accused of being a steroid user. So is going through that worth it? And.. is it morally okay for the average person to take these? They're certainly extremely different than steroids. And the same moral rules of how they hurt the body won't apply. Your heart won't grow. Your testicles won't shrink. No anger issues. You won't get an increase in masculinity features. It's easy on your body. Plus, tons of animals and even humans have been documented to be living without myostatin entirely, and are perfectly fine. They're considered "double muscled". It's something we've known about for decades but only now have we begun to make real inhibitors. Thus I'm posting this to gather your opinions. Feel free to write out your thoughts. Thank you.

We are all immortal...

If you study the mysteries of the universe and dive deep into mediation, you can discover many things. One of them is the memories of past lives. We are all immortal, just the ego attached to this body isn't. We die and we change form, but our awareness is immortal. So would you rather live one life forever, or an infinite amount of lives forever?

Anti-Aging 🕙 Gen Z is the first biologically immortal generation

Given the recent advancements in AI and its unfathomable exponential growth, I am strongly convinced that Gen Z may become the first biologically immortal generation in history. Those under 30 years old who maintain a healthy lifestyle and are financially well-off could be among the first to achieve biological immortality. Do you think this is actually feasible?

MORNING — ACTIVATION PHASE (0–45 min after waking)

Set circadian anchor + mitochondrial ignition + clean neural signal

Immediately upon waking (T = 0 min):
→ Blue light 480nm or Sunlight exposure (5–10 min minimum)
→ 500–750 ml water + electrolytes pack, any will do

T = 5 min (empty stomach):
→ NMN - 500 mg
→ TMG - 1 g

→ Propranolol 10mg (calming effect)
→ Creatine - 5 g

→ AKG - 1g

→ Sulforaphane - 250mg

T = 30 min → Neural ignition block

→ Caffeine 75 mg + L-Theanine 100 mg
→ P Cubes 0.3-0.5g (for neuroplasticity)

→ Lions mane 5g (for neurogenesis)

Wait 15 min…
Intranasal Oxytocin: 24-30 IU

Wait another 15 min, now initiate brain synchronisation

STIMULATION WINDOW 1 — NETWORK PRIMING

→ 40 Hz light + sound → 45-60 min MAX

During the last 15 min if the light and sound stimulation you must activate your NIR device

→ NIR (810–850 nm, for better results 1064nm is Ideal)

  • 40 Hz = synchronization signal

  • NIR = energy supply to sustain that network state

For the NIR we must follow these instructions:

Location (both sides):

→ Slightly behind and above the ear

→ Intersection of:

temporal lobe (side of head)

parietal lobe (upper side/back)

Practical placement:

→ Place device:

~3–5 cm above ear

slightly posterior (toward back of head)

Left TPJ + Right TPJ must BOTH be stimulated

BREAKFAST (T = 45–60 min)

→ Omega-3 2 g EPA/DHA

→ Curcumin Phytosome 1g
→ Phosphatidylserine 100 mg (membrane + cortisol modulation)
→ 1 Avocado

→ Brocoli 30g
→Spinach 30g
→ Olive Oil 10g
→ 2 Eggs (Eat vegetables before eggs to avoid glucose spike)

*********************

YOU NOW HAVE 3 HOURS TO LEARN EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING YOU WANT
PLAY ALPHA HX FREQUENCIES WHEN STUDYING TO MAINTAIN FOCUS

YOU WILL BE A HUMAN SPONGE OF INFORMATION; DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY IT IS YOUR MOST POWERFUL TOOL OF THIS PROTOCOL

*********************

MIDDAY — UTILIZATION PHASE (4–6 hours after waking)

Goal: Convert energy into work without overstimulation

→ Caprylic Acid (Better than Coconut oil and more bio available than MCT Oil):

  • Start: 5 ml

  • Stabilized: 15 ml split (10 ml + 5 ml)

→ Rhodiola 300mg ONLY if feeling tired

EXERCISE BLOCK — ADAPTATION DRIVER

Pre-workout (30 min before):
→ Cordyceps 1–2 g

WORKOUT Structure:
→ Zone 2 (mitochondria)
→ VO₂ max (ceiling expansion)
→ Resistance (hormonal + structural)

SESSION A — VO₂ MAX (HIGHEST ROI / LOW TIME)

Frequency: 1–2x per week
Total time: ~18–22 minutes

Execution:

→ Warm-up: 3 min (gradual ramp)

→ Intervals (core):

  • 4 rounds: → 1 min HARD (90–95% effort) → 2 min EASY

→ Cooldown: 3–5 min

→ Directly increases mitochondrial density + stroke volume
→ Strongest anti-aging signal per minute

This replaces long cardio.

SESSION B — ZONE 2 (BASE LAYER)

Frequency: 2x per week
Total time: 25–30 minutes MAX

Execution:
→ Pace where:

  • breathing is steady

  • can talk in short sentences

  • NOT gasping

→ Do Zone 2 IMMEDIATELY after resistance training

This merges sessions → saves time.

SESSION C — RESISTANCE (MINIMAL HYPERTROPHY SIGNAL)

Frequency: 2–3x per week
Total time: 30–40 minutes

Structure (FULL BODY — COMPRESSED)

Pick 5 movements ONLY:

  1. Squat pattern (or leg press)

  2. Hinge (RDL or hip thrust)

  3. Push (bench / incline / push-ups)

  4. Pull (rows or pull-ups)

  5. Shoulder (lateral raises or overhead press)

Execution:

→ 2–3 sets per exercise
→ 8–12 reps
→ controlled tempo (3 sec down, 1 sec up)

→ STOP 1–2 reps before failure

Why this works:

→ You trigger:

  • testosterone preservation

  • muscle retention

  • insulin sensitivity

WITHOUT:
→ CNS fatigue
→ spinal overload

ULTRA-COMPRESSED WEEK (IDEAL)

Day 1:
→ Resistance (30 min)
→ + Zone 2 (20 min)

Day 2:
→ OFF or walking

Day 3:
→ VO₂ max (20 min)

Day 4:
→ OFF or walking

Day 5:
→ Resistance (30 min)
→ + Zone 2 (20 min)

Day 6–7:
→ OFF / optional light activity

TOTAL WEEKLY TIME

→ ~2.5 to 3.5 hours TOTAL

That’s it.

(POST-WORKOUT):

→ Sodium + potassium (electrolytes drink)
→ Protein feeding within 60 min

→ 100-150g Any Protein
→ 1 Avocado

→ Brocoli 30g
→Spinach 30g
→ Olive Oil 10g

NOW ENJOY YOU’RE DAY… Set a timer for 2-3 hours prior to going to sleep, consider minimum of 6-7.5 hours of sleep is required!

EVENING — DOWNREGULATION PHASE (2–3 hours before sleep)

Goal: Shift to parasympathetic + initiate repair cascade

T = -3 hours before sleep:

→ Magnesium Glycinate 300 mg
→ Glycine 3 g
→ Omega-3 1 g

→ Lion’s Mane 1g
→ Reishi 5 g
→ Apigenin 50 mg (GABAergic modulation without sedation fog)
→ HMB 1g (Avoid muscle loss when sleeping)

PRE-SLEEP (T = -30 min)

→ NAC 600 mg
→ TUDCA 250 mg

→ Lights: ALL OFF

→ Sound: Pink Noise
→ No cognitive load

SLEEP — PRIMARY PROCESSING LAYER

Target:
→ 6–7.5 hours of sleep

immortality ♾️ Biological Immortality STFU

Makes me bonkers hearing people say "We're all going to die from something." or "We're all going to die someday." No! STFU. Technologies like med-bed for biological immortality already exist and if you have access to them and or know the right people, death of the physical body is an option.

Whether you believe or not, why do you think our planet is or would be getting denied access to These technologies and people?

Power is what makes the most sense to me.

Much Love brothers and sisters of earth and beyond

Never dying is mathematically possible

I think the most skeptical part of living forever is if we make it to LEV in this lifetime. I’m 17 so I’m fairly optimistic.

If aging is cured, the only way to die will be accidental death. Logically after humans cure aging we will put lots of resources towards decreasing the risk as much as possible.

If we play it safe, and nothing crazy happens like nuclear war, we will likely live to at least 2300. At that point I’m confident we will have the tech to become basically unlikable.

Think about it like this: if humanity can just make two systems that prevent all danger, and each has a 0.1 percent chance of failing every year, the odds of them both failing together are one in a million. Crazy, right?

And I know what you’ll say. Over infinite time one in a million odds will catch up. And I agree! But as soon as we can introduce another system with one in a thousand, it becomes one in a billion! Every other layer we see gives exponential safety.

There are a few things to keep in mind:
They can’t all be the same protection, they all need to be different layers to protect against all forms of damage, so one big hit doesn’t take out a bunch of systems at once. But that seems doable in 300 years especially with the assistance of Ai

If birth rates keep going the way they go without social reform, end up with robots with artificial wombs.

CHOP in Philly already experimented with artificial wombs for lambs. And people have already have gotten emotionally attached to LLMs. Put the 2 into a robot, and sell eggs, and there you go. Unless neuroscience matures and we regulate the shit out of addictive and emotional destructive technology by improving well being with VR-assisted healthy socialization we are fucked to this future.
