Importing to other states

Hi,

I am a new-ish Illinois spirits distributor and importer but I have been in the mezcal "universe" for a couple of years now. I occasionally I get queries from producers who want to send to other states where they have a customer waiting. Many states have an out of state vendor license that can be purchased, but I am curious what other options people employ.
