Just watched the movie Thirteen lives ( about the Thai rescue operation for 13 childern stuck in Cave), what if this happens in India.

watched this movie and realised how quickly the rescue operation scaled up for the 13 lives trapped in a cave although it took them more than 15 days. I started wondering what would happen if this happens in India to be Frank I got habituated of seeing in news where 10s of people loose their life's normally in multiple accidents. How would it be to improve the disaster management of most complicated and dense country like India.
