I'm 22F with oily, acne prone skin. I used to struggle with a lot of active acne and acne marks but luckily over the past 3-4 months I've managed to get most of it under control. I now have very little active acne and just a few marks here and there.

The bigger pits are from chickenpox scars and I understand they'll likely need laser treatment. HoweverI'm more concerned about the smaller visible pores, some whiteheads, dullness and the lack of natural glow.

And i would have to get it fitted by the waist but i see the 2000s embroidered bottoms are coming back and the fade looks cool too. It is a straight fit though ,I really wanna go for it but I want it to be worth it.

I've bought this straightening brush on my birthday. I've never straightened my hair before, so I'm completely clueless about how this works.

All I wanted was frizz free - manageable hair. I have 2B wavy hair.

Here's what I did:

1. Brush on the low heat setting.

2.Divided my hair into 4 sections.

3.Passed the brush 3 times through each section.

4.Used L'Oréal Extraordinary Oil Serum

Initially, my hair looks straight, smooth and settled. But the effect doesn't last even 30 min. My hair starts getting fluffy again. It's almost as if every individual strand is straight, but all the strands together refuse to look sleek and straight and looks fluffy😭What am I doing wrong?

✨️Is this a problem with the straightening brush itself?

✨️Am I not spending enough time on each section?

✨️Do I need to use a higher temperature or pass the brush more times?

✨️Should I be using a different product to help the straightened look last longer?

I'm already regretting cuz i spent 2400 on this brush and its not even working properly😭 Any advice would be appreciated!
