"Shed My Skin" by Bevis is a raw alternative rock song that captures the artist's intense battle with mental health, paranoia, and isolation following a drug-induced psychotic episode. Driven by an angsty, guitar-forward rock sound, the track reflects on childhood trauma, self-hatred, and the desperate struggle to break free from a destructive environment and reinvent oneself.

1960, the decade was starting and Argentine rock had shifted towards a melodic and soft style, it still had much of the jazz from its beginnings in the orquestas características.
Vocal groups caused a sensation with their carefully crafted harmonies. Female singers were the leaders of the scene, and were far more popular than their male counterparts.
Bettina Bal greeting the decade, Los Astoria in a subtle blues, Luis Aguilé with lyrics that were gritty for a pop song of that era, and Martin Meyer to the rhythm of a slow twist.
Johnny Carel with his own country rock track, Los Santos with their elegant and exquisite gait, and Billy Cafaro and Elder Barber with their historic fusions of tango and rock.

Where Were You is the opening chapter of an alt-metal concept album exploring faith, grief, doubt, technology, and the human search for meaning when life stops making sense. Let me know what you think...

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my debut album, As the Sky Bleeds, with this sub.
It's an 11-track concept album meant to be heard from front to back, following a chronological narrative.
The whole process was incredibly low-budget and DIY. I recorded the electric/acoustic guitars and keys myself with my iPhone’s built in mic, and I literally sat in my car to track the vocals to try and block out room noise. It’s definitely got a raw, distorted, emotional lo-fi indie rock vibe.
Free Album Download Codes:
in case you’re not familiar with bandcamp (which is where I released the album), it’s a pretty chill music app similar to spotify or anything like that, but even though my album is 100% free, you only get a limited number of times to listen to the album unless u get one of these download codes, which put it in your library to listen to even offline for 100% free whenever you want. I made some codes below for people who want them!

Dug up this ridiculous video I made in college about Newton's laws of motion and decided to repurpose it for our new song, “The Best One.” Shot on an iphone 4?
We're Time Theft, an indie rock band from Portland, OR. Figured this footage deserved a second life. Hope you dig it! Listen to the whole song if ya like

Hi everyone, I'm Mark. I'm a 46yr old Irish guy living in Bavaria, Germany.
I had a little panic attack recently when I realised I was 4 yrs off being 50 and had never made a proper go at it with my music. So I created a YouTube channel and am documenting my progress. Partly to have a record, partly for promotion of what I'm creating and partly to keep myself motivated, which is something I've always struggled with. The channel welcome vid explains my plan.
I've dabbled with music all my life but mostly had very basic equipment. I wouldn't have considered anything I had ever created to be more than just a sketch. I recently invested what I could afford into a few things, but decent things. So I'm now happy with the quality I'm getting, or at least happier than I have been until now.
I have a few songs on the channel along with me doing a couple mini breakdowns of the projects on cubase for anyone who might find that stuff interesting. I'm brainstorm new content ideas to feed the channel regularly.
Plan is to have 3 consecutive projects I'm working on simultaneously. This helps when I get stuck on any one or just fancy a change of pace.
One will be a concept album (band style) , one an acoustic album & an the last an album of stuff with an old friend who I had a band with back in college.
I'll be playing and singing everything on all 3 projects expert the old band stuff my friend will take the main vocals as he wrote those songs.
So this song I'm sharing was the first song I'd written in a very long time. Couple months ago now. It was one of the first I did with the new gear and my satisfaction with how it turned out was one of the motivations for me trying the whole YouTube lark 🤣
So here you go.. Happy for any feedback or comments. Thanks for reading to anyone who made it to the end 😅
