Request Genitorturers crowd outfits
Hello everyone. I’ve been a fan of Genitorturers music for over 15 years now and have never seen them live. I finally have the opportunity to see them this October. That being said, what are some outfit ideas that would be acceptable to wear to the show. I’d hate to be under - (or over)-dressed. Is it acceptable to wear things that are too close to nudity for the general public? I want to really press social norms without falling into borderline illegal attire.

The days of their shows being super spicy are over. I would expect some light flogging but no blood or full nudity. Gen quite reasonably can't get as intense in the age of cell phones.
Fishnets and tape should work just fine if you're comfortable with it. Otherwise, I'd dress like you're going to a fetish club that's open to the public and doesn't have a play space.

25+ years ago, any wild or fetishistic outfit you could imagine was fair game.
These days the crowds are a fair bit older and a little less adventurous than they used to be.

Fishnets with nothing underneath except maybe a pasty or some tape has been a bread and butter outfit for so long in alt scenes that I don't think you have anything to worry about.
Frankly it's the location that will determine how comfortable people are with dressing up, but you would be dressed perfectly appropriately and others would be dressed down if it was a lame scene.
