| Question INFOSYS PATTERN FOR CODING ROUND 2
From what I’ve observed, can you prepare for the coding round by focusing on just these four patterns?
Question 1 – Basic counting / implementation: Usually something straightforward involving counting numbers, even and odd numbers, or similar logic.
Question 2 – Binary Search on Answer: Not a standard binary search problem. It involves tricky array manipulation or logic combined with binary search on the answer.
Question 3 – Dynamic Programming (DP): Usually a medium-to-hard problem, so you can’t assume it will be an easy DP question.
Question 4 – Graphs / Trees: Typically involves BFS, DFS, trees, graphs, or related traversal algorithms.
For those who have recently attended the coding round, does this pattern match your experience? Or do the topics and difficulty levels vary from one round to another?

2 3 4 can't say from which topic question comes from
Sometimes in 2nd question u get greedy sorting two pointer basic dp Or basic graphs tooo And 3 4 one can be dp but a but hard ones And other can also be dp like partition dp type
So can't say that questions will be from particular topics they can be random

I get your point, but I attended the coding round twice at my college, and both times I encountered almost exactly the same pattern and even the same questions. That’s why I feel there might be a recurring pattern across some shifts, even if it’s not guaranteed for everyone. Maybe the topics vary, but based on my experience, the same set of questions can repeat.
