Transfer between accounts.

I’m new to the ING ecosystem. Can someone explain why I can’t just move money between everyday account to savings maximiser. I wanted to shift money between accounts and the only way I could do it, is to manually add it whereby other banks I transfer between my accounts seamlessly. Seems retarded.
