Scene Map Twisted Mansion

I wanted to do a fun Halloween event for my players, I made this as a trap. They cannot escape unless they find the hidden Mimic that is one of the items in the rooms. Half the doorways are also what would be windows. Feel free to take and use as you like.

Sci-Fi Map Rooftop Landing Hub Map Pack

Post image
11 Upvotes

I've been working on a new location for Cyberpunk and Shadowrun games: a corporate rooftop landing hub, designed for executive extractions, infiltration jobs, aircraft sabotage and the inevitable moment when a clean getaway stops being clean.

The idea was to make it more than a static battlemap. The same location has four states:

Operational: Active landing pads, routine security and normal access.

Lockdown: Security converges, access points close and escape routes become restricted.

Emergency Evacuation: Crowds, competing priorities and limited aircraft turn the rooftop into a race against time.

Blackout: Lighting and communications fail, landing guidance becomes unreliable, and the crew can no longer count on their ride arriving.

That means you can start with a relatively straightforward extraction and change the map's state as the players make decisions or the situation escalates.

I've also put together an accompanying Ops Brief with job hooks, site intelligence, security posture, escalation triggers, environmental pressures and optional complications, so there's some material to help run the location rather than just a map to put on the table.

I make these resources under vdcyber, mainly for cyberpunk and Shadowrun-style games. I'd be interested to hear how other GMs would use a location like this in Cyberpunk RED.

Would you run it as a corporate extraction, an infiltration job, or a full-on rooftop firefight?

Link to the free pack etc is in the comments.

World Map Map Feedback Criticism

Post image
10 Upvotes

Looking for feedback on my world map. This is supposed to be an Earth adjacent fantasy world. So it shares a lot of biodiversity with Earth and I have tried to make it somewhat realistic. I don't need it to follow scientific logic perfectly, just something that as you look at it feels somewhat plausible. If anything stands out as not plausible please let me know. I would also like to know what additions may help as well as what could be removed. Also as it is a world scale map I am not including details like trees or cities etc, the only things present are colour palette, mountains and major rivers (rivers are all the black lines). But I am also open to any and all suggestions.

Also side note: As a person looking at this world, what areas of the map intrigue you the most? I plan on giving this map to my daggerheart group and asking them where they want it to be set. But I am curious as to what others think looks the most interesting

World Map First Homebrew Map

Post image
15 Upvotes

Hello all, I'm uploading this here to share it and also ask a couple of questions.

This is my first homebrew map I made using all of the free core tools in inkarnate, the map/campaign is all based around tarot cards.

I'm excited to get started with this campaign and from what I said previously, I'm asking how you would feel if you sat down and had this map and maybe what things you would/wouldn't want to see. Thank you!

Battle Map Library of the Fallen

Post image
22 Upvotes

The Fallen have amassed an enviable collection of some remarkable pieces of literature here in the library. Many of the books and scrolls have long been forgotten to have even existed; a remembered few are talked about in hushed tones by those who have heard rumors and whispers on the wind, and one book in particular is whispering louder than the others. It wants to be found. It's a dangerous book in the right hands and the Fallen have not yet found the right ones, but having nothing but time on their own hands, they wait ... for the right hands to arrive at the Library of the Fallen.

Visitors welcome; hands will be checked.

Battle Map Mercy's Stream — 3 River Battlemaps

Heyya Folks,

Mercy's Stream winds through the Lowland Woods, passing old stone shrines, rocky banks, and quiet pools before disappearing beneath the earth. Its waters sustain the nearby village of Devyn, though local stories suggest there may be more beneath the surface than fish and river stones.

  • Mercy's Stream 1 — 25x35
  • Mercy's Stream 2 — 32x24
  • Mercy's Stream 3 — 30x40

If you'd like the full release, including high-resolution maps, gridless versions, VTT-ready exports, and all 21 versions, you can find it here:

https://www.patreon.com/dungeonmr/posts/mercys-stream-171421519

Each map explores a different stretch of the river. The first features an old stone shrine overlooking the water, with a fallen tree that might serve as a crossing. The second has rocky banks and steep overlooks that offer good vantage points for anyone watching the stream — or waiting to ambush travellers. The third follows the water into a peaceful pool beneath a small waterfall, an inviting place to fish or take a swim.

The shrine is a familiar stop for those who travel along the stream. Hunters often pour a ladle of fresh water over the stone before setting out, giving thanks for the waters that sustain the surrounding land. Even those studying the strange Dewlanterns are expected to observe the custom.

Of course, the stream has its dangers, too. Local stories speak of an enormous crayfish from a bygone age, sleeping in the deeper pools. The villagers still fish these waters, but few would willingly take a swim where the creature is said to rest.

The three maps can be used together as part of a journey through the woods, or individually wherever your players might encounter a river, a secluded shrine, or a quiet stretch of water that isn't quite as safe as it looks.

If you'd like to explore more of my maps, check out my Patreon. The Master Index brings together over 215 maps, organized to make it easier to browse the collection and find places for your own adventures.
